• Translation certification by the individual translator that has undertaken the project. The translator signs the certificate on our company letterhead. It is charged at £20.00 and your documents are posted by 1st class post at no extra charge.

• Notarized translation by a notary. Normally this service is required when the translated document (s) needs to be presented to authorities, courts etc. abroad, outside the UK. The notarization service alone is charged at £75.00 / per one page document. Please contact us for a quote if you require a notarized translation of multiple pages / documents.

• Tell us the language the document needs to be translated into and the language the translation certification needs to be in.
• We will confirm the receipt and provide a quotation.
• If you are happy to proceed, please confirm by e-mail and provide the delivery address.
• Private customers will be requested to pay in advance by cheque, (online) bank transfer, PayPal, or via our secure & instant online payment system.

The translated and certified document of up to 300 words is normally posted by 1st class post within 1 to 2 working days. However, if more urgent certified translation service is required, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your requirements (this is only possible on small text requiring translation and certification).
